Both a warm, weeknight staple and an occasion-worthy escape, Soprana is a love letter to our region. Perched above Asheville and gazing over the Blue Ridge Mountains, we pair brick oven-style pizza and inviting seasonal fare with transportive views and a “come as you are” spirit. Our menu is Alpine-inspired and Appalachian-informed, with a majority of ingredients sourced from neighboring purveyors and farms throughout Western North Carolina.

First Name grew up in the mountains of upstate New York and is a proud graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, where she studied Culinary Arts. First Name began her career working in kitchens in New York, Connecticut and Aspen including such prestigious establishments as Winvian Farms & The Little Nell.
